Our skilled designers can take a customer’s ideas and bring them to life through a casting process, which allows the customer to personalize their piece as well as incorporate many different styles into one. The customer is able to participate in the designing process every step of the way. We are excited to now offer bridal registries. The professional staff at James & Williams Jewelers includes jewelers, and trained repair and sales associates, each of which are dedicated to earning their customer’s loyalty and receiving their referrals. James & Williams specializes in repair services for your jewelry, including complete re-mounting, ring sizing and chain soldering. Watch repair is also available, from battery replacements to complete overhauls. Personalize your items with our expert hand or machine engraving. Appraisals by a certified gemologist are also available by appointment only.
